Personal trainer Jay Mondick, has been training clients in Northwest Houston with tailored work-outs to match their fitness goals for more than 25 years. Every client initially receives a personal consultation to identify his or her own fitness level. Then, Jay will coach you through a specific workout regimen based on your plan to get fit. Our small group session training is unique which allows you to flex not only your muscles and but also stretch your budget. We also offer private one-on-one sessions as well based upon gym availability.
